Background
Richard J. Goettle IV, Lecturer, Finance and Insurance Group. Dr. Goettle holds a B.A. degree in mathematics and computer science from Miami University, a M.B.A. from Northwestern University, and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Cincinnati. He is the president, co-founder and principal of Cambridge Planning and Analytics Inc., developer and marketer of DATADISK Information Services. Dr. Goettle also serves as a senior economist with Dale W. Jorgenson Associates and was with the National Center for Analysis of Energy Systems at Brookhaven National Laboratory. He has written extensively on the general equilibrium consequences of U.S. energy, environmental and tax policies. Dr. Goettle is a member of the American Economic Association and the Western Economic Association.
